Synopsis

Fugitive Financier John Rudiger Has Lived A Lush Life In Antigua For Eleven Years, But Now The Local Officials Are Demanding Ever More Exorbitant Payouts To Maintain His Cover. And Since His Ex-girlfriend Katie Dolan Swindled Him Out Of His Last $30 Million, Rudiger Is On Thin Ice.
