Tutoring Tommy

Synopsis

Born without the use of his legs, Tommy was afraid that he was destined to spend a lonely life imprisoned by his wheelchair. Taunted and tormented by his so-called "friends," he began to believe that he had nothing to offer anyone. All he wanted was to be "normal."
Until one day Tommy heard the voice of a wise bird.
Carried deep into the forest by his new feathered friends, Tommy begins to understand the ways of Father Creator and Mother Earth. Meeting a wide variety of animals and hearing their stories, Tommy sees the world in a whole new light. Traveling from forest to farm to sea coast, he begins to uncover the importance of his life and the mission set before him.
But, when Tommy returns home, who will listen? Can his parents - and the kids who bullied him - open their minds to all that he has seen and heard? Or will they fear Tommy and his new view of creation?
