Synopsis

There's never been anything like it. Noah is constructing an ark of huge proportions smack dab in the middle of suburban Gardengreen, claiming to have heard from God. But trouble starts to brew when the head of the local crime syndicate, Mr. Snide, gets wind of Noah's message calling the people to repent and be saved! People repenting would mean less crime, and less crime would mean less money for him. The solution? Simple! Eliminate Noah!

When Snide's plot fails, he thinks of a more subtle way to undo Noah. Funding ark building projects around the city, he attempts to lure the God-fearing man away with the promise of fame and fortune by convincing him of the commercial possibilities of the ark.

What could there possibly be to worry about? After all, it hadn't rained in years, and no one really listened to Noah anyway.....except Snide's own daughter!

In Noah Versus the Syndicate, cartoonist Ian Sargent, (Business as Usual, DT Smith, and The Ecozone), shows us what might have happened if the people had listened to Noah by taking us on a humorous journey into an age-old story, about a drought, a great big boat, a loyal follower of God, and the man who tried to stop him!
