Maine is rapidly gaining a national reputation for the quality of its restaurants and its rich abundance of locally grown and harvested foods, from mussels to blueberries and lobster to cranberries. Here, photographer Stacey Cramp presents a variety of Maine foods at their most mouth watering. Each month brings a new food, such as spring fiddleheads or fall potatoes, paired with interesting notes about the food and a scrumptious recipe to prepare with it.
