It Was A Shock To The World, But Especially To Me. He Had Just Submitted His Answers To My Interview Questions Less Than Three Weeks Prior To His Passing. He Was Happy, Full Of Energy, And Excited About My Book And His Life. Actually, He Was Almost More Excited About My Book Than I Was.
